Important Information When Booking
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Enchanted River Rock Island Resort. Please read our policies and procedures carefully before making a reservation. As our resort guests, by reading and signing your resort registration paper at check-in or by booking a reservation, you are agreeing to abide by our Resort Reservation Policies and Procedures.
Our standard check-in time is 2 PM. If you arrive earlier then we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Feel free to roam about the island or relax in a bay cottage while waiting for your room to be available. Guests will be required to present 1 valid identification card (List of Valid ID's below). Enchanted River Rock Island Resort will make every effort to honor special requests upon your arrival. Our resort reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow or comply with our policies.
Check-out is at 12 Noon. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 11 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability. You can also arrange for a wake-up call at the front desk if you wished to be awaken before 11am to avoid incurring additional charges for overstaying at the resort.
Payment accepted as of this time will only be in the form of cash, direct bank deposit, or a common money send process.
We require 30% down payment when making a reservation for the rooms. Payment can be made using either bank deposit or money transfer. Your reservation will be held until local resort check-in time of the reserved date. Non-appearance at the check-in time of the reserved date will result to the forfeiture of the room and the down payment made unless full payment of the room was made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time of the reserved date, to which case, the room will be reserved to the guest for the full duration of the reserved date/s despite non-appearance of the guest.
In case the guest will be late for the check-in time on the reserved date due to unforeseen reasons non-accountable to the resort, the guest can inform the resort in-charge through text or call at least 1 hour before check-in time of the reserved date. The guest will also need to inform resort in-charge of the cause of delay or an estimated time of arrival to the resort. This is to ensure the resort in-charge that the guest will still be arriving late. In this way, we will be able to hold your reservation even after the check-in time of the reserved date without incurring forfeiture of the room and the down payment made. All resort room reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy; changes to your reservation must be done 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled more than 48 hours in advance are subject to cancellation fee of 30% down payment or forfeiture of the room and down payment made due to non-appearance of the guest.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Notification of changes to Accommodation Policy will be posted on our social media account 24 hours after the changes are posted on the website. If you wish to receive notification on the changes made to our accommodation policy, please subscribe to our e-mailing list.
